Maldives Diving Trip donates to Whale Shark Research Programme

November 2022
How your travels contribute to local conservation projects

Our Maldives expedition with Lauren Arthur and David Eastaugh was born out of shared passion for conservation. Whether we work towards protecting our African wilderness, or the wildlife in our oceans, all efforts combined is what safeguards our entire Wild Wonderful World!

Because of our expedition members, we were able to donate USD1,250 to the Maldives Whale Shark Research Programme.

This research programme works towards safeguarding the rich biodiversity and fragile marine ecosystems that are the basis for not only whale sharks, but also life, livelihood and culture in the Maldives. The research they are conducting is truly cutting-edge, be sure to pop over to their webpage to see their latest activities.

This is but one example of how our safaris contribute to wildlife conservation. If you want to make a difference, just by travelling and living your best life, contact us to book your next safari holiday!

Because of popular demand, we are organising another Maldives expedition in 2023! Be sure to subscribe to our travel mailing list to be the first to know about the travel dates!
