Buffalo Bull Saved From Snare

Another quick intervention prevents loss of life

An adult buffalo bull was spotted on a reserve bordering the Kruger National Park with a snare around his neck. The snare consisted of a thick cable snare but fortunately it had not caused any wounds. The buffalo was also microchipped at the left tail base for future identification and the operation was split by the snare rescue group.
